Patricia Mae Wade

Patricia M. Wade, 82, of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026.

Patricia was born on April 8, 1943, in Poynette, WI, daughter of John Sr. and Florabel (Davidson) Wade.

Patricia worked for Opportunities Inc. in Fort Atkinson for many years. She was also very active in Special Olympics.

Patricia is survived by her sister-in-law, Sandy Wade; nephew, John Wade III; niece, Beth Ocegueda; great and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Wade Jr.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 5, 2026, from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson with the funeral service beginning at 5 p.m.

Private burial will take place at Glenview Memorial Gardens in Ixonia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Special Olympics Wisconsin or the American Cancer Society.

Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson is assisting the family.
